Shipping policy

Custom Cave Works ships or delivers the product as soon as possible. In general, pre-made items are shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Custom orders are shipped once the item is complete including cure time for finishes and epoxy. During the process, we provide an estimate of when the item will be shipped. We ship using USPS, UPS, and FedEx via ground services; however, customers can request expedited shipping.
