Refund policy
READY-MADE STANDARD ITEMS
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for non-customized items. No returns are granted for sale items, final sale items, or items that are discontinued. To be eligible for a return, please contact Custom Cave Works within 30 days of delivery. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unused, unmodified, unaltered, with tags and/or stickers, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. After a Return Authorization is granted, items must be shipped back to Custom Cave Works within 30 days of delivery. Customer provides return shipping. There are no restocking fees for Ready-Made items. To start a return, please contact us at sales@customcaveworks.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
CUSTOMIZED ITEMS
Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective; however, if you are unsatisfied with your custom product for a different reason, please contact us to see if we can correct the problem.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Refunds or exchanges are processed once the item is received back by Custom Cave Works.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If a refund is granted, Custom Cave Works will issue the refund within 1 to 3 business days; however, it’s important to note that Custom Cave Works has no control over the time it takes for marketplaces such as Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, etc., to process the refund. Furthermore, banks and credit card companies often have their own processing lead time for refunding customers. Typically, refunds often take 1 to 2 weeks to complete, sometimes longer.
