Processing Time
It takes time to create custom perfection. We pride ourselves on the quality work we do. As such, it can take some time to make your custom product. Lead times can run long during the holidays.
Shipping
Custom Cave Works ships or delivers the product as soon as possible. We try to ship orders within two weeks of the order date. We ship using USPS, UPS and FedEx via ground services. However customers can request expedited shipping.
Payment Options
DIRECT FROM CUSTOM CAVE WORKS
To help keep costs lower, we accept checks (electronic), cash and Venmo. If a customer wants to use a credit or debit card, that can be arranged too.
ETSY
Etsy accepts PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Klarna (easy financing) and Gift Cards.
AMAZON
Amazon accepts all major credit cards, debit cards, gift cards, vouchers and promotional codes as well as personal checking.
Returns and Exchanges
STANDARD ITEMS
I gladly accept returns and exchanges for non-customized items. Please contact me within 7 days of delivery and ship items back within 14 days of deliver.
CUSTOMIZED ITEMS
Customized items can't be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. However, please do contact us to see if we can correct the problem.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in it original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Refunds or exchanges are processed once the item is returned back to Custom Cave Works.
Material
Wood is a natural material therefore has inconsistent color tones and grain patterns and may result in darker or lighter colors. Finished signs may look different from the photo examples shown. We have no control over the natural color of the wood. Small knots and wood grain patterns are common characteristics of wood as well as slight warping.
