This solid Red Oak quilt rack is handcrafted in Fargo, North Dakota. Each side has custom text to proudly demonstrate who made the quilts. Quilt racks are finished smooth to the touch and are easy to assemble (assembly requires only a screwdriver).
All orders are customized with custom text. Please provide the exact text wanted to be engraved. All custom orders are confirmed by a message that includes a rendering of what the finished engraving will look like.
Custom Cave Works selects only the highest quality Red Oak to build the custom rack. Each piece is cut using multiple tools including a CNC machine. Each piece is sanded smooth. The text and graphic is painted black and the entire piece is stained. After the rack has passed inspection, the pieces are then sealed smooth with a clear satin polyurethane. Finally, the rack is inspected again and packaged to be shipped.
Most items are shipped by USPS ground unless otherwise selected. Due to the customization, it often takes a couple of weeks for the item to ship.
