This sign features several different trees, deer, an eagle, a raccoon, a duck, a squirl, a pelican and a loon. The border is carved into the wood and the corners are rounded. The holes can be used to mount the plaque from the top, bottom or sides or can be omitted if included in the buyer’s notes. 2-Sided Carving is available. If the sign is will be seen from both sides, select 2-Sided when ordering.
This sign is made from grade A high quality ¾ inch solid red oak and can be placed indoors or outdoors. The text, plant life, wildlife, and boarder are carved into the wood and painted black. The sign is then stained and sealed with a clear satin polyurethane. A final coat of clear satin oil-based varnish is applied to provide a protective barrier against rain, moisture, and includes UV blockers to reduce the sun’s graying and fading effects.
Please note, all wood is natural and can vary in color, wood grain and patterns. Due to this, the finished sign can vary slight due the inconsistencies in wood properties and may slightly differ from the pictures.
